Residential Funds Management

Institution-grade products to invest in Residential property equity.

Residential property equity is Australia’s largest asset class ($7.5Tn), nearly 3 times the size of domestic equities. However, there are no institution-grade investment products providing broad exposure to it. Our funds management operations will provide investors with levered equity returns in residential property supporting LongView’s YourHome offering.
